Election Integrity
Jeannette Hormuth, who many of you know through “Clean Water Fred”, along with Fredericksburg resident, Jerry Farley, has filed a lawsuit contesting results of Fredericksburg Charter Amendment Election.  It is alleged that election officials recounted votes that were legally insufficient, failed to recount legal votes, made mistakes and/or engaged in illegal conduct.

We need to be able to trust that our vote counts.  We need to have a fair and accurate vote in the upcoming primary, and even to a greater extent, in the most important general election of all time coming this November.

Below is a link to detailed description of the what, when, and where that lead to questioning the integrity of the vote.  It’ worth the read.

Everything is bigger in Texas.
No, Texas doesn’t have the highest concentration of millionaires, but in terms of raw numbers, only California has more than the Lone Star State's 622,065 millionaire households.
Heck, Texas is so big it not only has two of the smallest towns with the most millionaires in the U.S. -- Andrews and Fredericksburg -- but it's also home to four of the cheapest U.S. cities in which to live. (Those would be Brownsville, Wichita Falls, Harlingen and McAllen.) On average, the cost of living in Texas is 8.7% lower than the U.S. average.
Texas is a place of extremes when it comes to taxes, too. There's no income tax at all. On the other hand, sales taxes run high, as do property taxes.

Fredericksburg, Texas

Millionaire households: 834
Total households: 11,682
Concentration of millionaires: 7.1%
Median income for all households: $56,267
Median home value: $269,900
It’s not hard to understand the allure of Fredericksburg, since it’s smack-dab in the middle of Texas Hill Country. This beautiful region of the Lone Star State has plenty to offer for both outdoorsy types and aesthetes alike. Residents can explore a landscape of rolling hills, spring-fed rivers and lakes, and vast fields of wildflowers. But they can also partake in fine dining, wine tastings, concerts and art shows.

from Kiplinger

Fredericksburg is a German town with a history of self-responsibility, religion, hard work, and charity the settlers brought with them from across the ocean to a land that allowed them freedom in all these things.  The town still holds these conservative values today.  The concept of "Don't fix it if it ain't broke" is why Fredericksburg has done so well.

Google is the most powerful company in the world.  They spy on you, sell your private information, lobby all the major governments in the world, and influence (Hack) elections.

Google generated at least 2.6 million votes for Hillary (article link)

We have stopped and now use a search engine that doesn't track.  We use, and recommend, that you start using DuckDuckGo. Yes it's a silly name, but after trying it for months, we are very happy with it.

Who can you trust? It ain’t the Speaker of the House.

As the controversy surrounding Speaker Dennis Bonnen (R-Angleton) and Chairman Dustin Burrows’ (R-Lubbock) meeting with Empower Texans Michael Quinn Sullivan continues to unfold, Fredericksburg Tea Party takes action.

We are calling for Rep. Bonnen's resignation as Speaker of the House and hope you will join us by contacting your State Representative

They come in twos.

Let's play bad cop and worse cop, must have been the game Rep. Bonnen and Rep. Burrows wanted to play that day.  The Fredericksburg Tea Party also doesn't want any member of the House to go this low, and has called for his resignation along with Bonnen's.

Many Representatives and grassroots activists have heard the tape  (including our own Steering Committee).  Calling for the public release of the tape will not change what is known to be on the tape.  And, it's not good.  We don't know why Mr. Sullivan has not released the tape yet, but it's kind of nice to not have the news spinning this event.  We are going to "Clean our own House"
