This piece is limited to “Abridging the freedom of the press”. I think many would agree that the alphabet TV networks, the NY Times, the Washington Post and their little sister newspapers have been guilty of journalistic malpractice for many years. Over the past four years they have not made any attempt to hide their contempt for our duly elected president or those of us who elected him. To many articles are reported or published with no basis of fact but we the people are suppose to accept the stories as truth. Or, important information is withheld from the public to prevent people from making informed decisions.
Shortly after the election the press started referring candidate Joe Biden as the President-Elect. Keep in mind current president Donald Trump has not conceded the election, there are legal issues that haven’t been resolved and there has been no certification of Joe Biden being elected by the Electoral College. Our Fredericksburg Tea Party President, Matt Long, presented a number of steps that can be involved in the resolution of determining the winner of the presidential election, on his radio show Wednesday December 2, 2020.
Folks, this election isn’t over so don’t be lead down the garden path by a dishonest journalism, thinking Joe Biden is going to be our next president. Don’t listen to the Main Stream Media (MSM) because they are going to report what they want you to believe. Believe me, it doesn’t pay to take anything reported by the media at face value. Instead of watching faux news on CNN or any other alphabet network, pick up a good book and read it or get some other hobby.
On the flip side of the coin, I read a blog this week that claimed CIA Director, Gina Haspel, was arrested for espionage and voter fraud. There was another report that former president Barack Obama, had been arrested in Hawaii on similar charges. It also was reported a Judge ordered a media blackout on the Obama arrest. I’m sure many would jump up and down hearing these news items but how do we know they are true? We don’t. The MSM hasn’t reported on it and they would certainly be salivating at the opportunity to lay blame on the President as causing these events for political reasons.
My first source of reliability for these events would be a public announcement by the president and I have heard nothing from the White House. It is easy to find stories on the internet. The problem is, are they any truer than the MSM?
Do not despair because the election has not yet been decided. Several states are still in contention and you can help by contacting friends and family in those states and telling them to contact their representatives and state legislators to investigate the fraud.
Remember, you have free speech rights as well and the First Amendment also gives you to right to seek redress for grievances against the government. This last right can be exercised by reminding your representative and senators that they work for you and not the other way around. Exercise that right judiciously and often.
