Maureen “Mo” Poorman brings a wide array of experience to her discussion of nutrition, food preservation, and how to eat like a chef. Thirty five years in the restaurant business, 14 years in healthcare and a lifetime of gardening, foraging skills, cooking from scratch, canning and baking. She is currently a nutrition coach with Wilson Family Chiropractic.
