About

Fredericksburg Tea Party of Texas is a grassroots group of Americans united to share our common value that the Constitution of the United States should be the governance of our land. It should not be re-interpreted or revised in meaning to meet the needs to special interests or political favors.

We’re concerned about reckless overspending, unfair and punitive taxation, and the increasing lack of government constraints.

We are peaceful American citizens that organize protests and rallies in Gillespie County, Texas.

We’re not contained by any particular ideology or party, but strive to be a pluralistic and populist movement committed to Liberty, especially economic liberty.

Vision  -  To develop more educated voters, who through civic involvement, open discussion, and peaceful assembly will understand the issues affecting our society on a local, state, and national level, and will take appropriate action to positively impact the leadership and citizens of the United States.

Mission and Objectives

The Fredericksburg Tea Party is dedicated to the proposition that all citizens deserve a voice in how they are governed, and to the task of encouraging them to use that voice

We educate and encourage participation of like-minded Americans to use their voice and votes to secure our core values: public policy consistent with the Constitution of the United States without re-interpretation in meaning that meets the needs to special interests or political favors.

Principles – We work in support of 5 principles

1) Fiscal Responsiblity

2) Limited Government as Defined by the U.S. Constitution

3) Personal Responsibility

4) The Rule of Law

5) National Sovereignty

The Fredericksburg Tea Party does not endorse any candidate or political party. We are not a PAC. We do not intend to start a 3rd party, but rather work within the current two party system, and encourage both parties to return to these principles.
